Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define metrics and build reporting frameworks.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
