Responsibilities
- Perform Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Report Generation: Generate regular, comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data requirements and business problems.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data trends and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to work independently.
