Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to support business initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate regular reports and presentations that clearly communicate data findings and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
