Join DataInsights LLC as a Part-Time Data Analyst and transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our growing analytics team with flexible scheduling (20-25 hours/week). This hybrid role combines remote collaboration with in-office collaboration at our Baltimore headquarters.
Our ideal candidate will uncover trends, create compelling visualizations, and drive data-driven decisions that impact product development and customer strategy. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that fuel innovation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare comprehensive reports with clear data interpretations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to track KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness
- Support A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including advanced functions and pivot tables)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Python or R preferred
