Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track business objectives and recommend improvements
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, cleaning, and documentation processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with rapid, accurate insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with proficiency in SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with statistical modeling and data mining techniques
- Self-motivated with excellent time management for remote work
