Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business decisions.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and generate clear, executive-level reports for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various sources and ensure data integrity and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods and forecasting models to support A/B testing initiatives and predictive analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data collection processes and improve reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
