Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to uncover business trends
- Create compelling data dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure accurate reporting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings through clear, concise visualizations and written reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Excellent communication abilities to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
