Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Analysis & Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and engineering) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose technical solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing and optimization), Python or R for data manipulation, and Excel (advanced functions, macros).
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a critical eye for detail when analyzing data.
