Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Perform statistical analysis to support business strategy and operational improvements
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing
- Experience with healthcare data or FHIR standards preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling
