We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our growing client base in Manhattan and Brooklyn. This hybrid role (3 days onsite in Midtown) offers flexible hours while working on impactful projects for Fortune 500 clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, optimize operations, and drive data-informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support marketing campaigns
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to non-technical teams through clear, compelling narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to implement data-driven improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with data cleaning and ETL processes
- Ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects
