Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate large-scale patient and operational data
- Prepare comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders highlighting key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Implement statistical models to forecast patient flow and optimize resource allocation
- Maintain data quality standards and document analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel advanced functions
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
