Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare regular performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Maintain data quality through rigorous validation and cleansing processes
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear storytelling
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and hypothesis testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Python or R preferred
