Join our dynamic analytics team as a Part-Time Data Analyst and transform raw data into actionable business insights. This flexible opportunity (20-25 hours/week) allows you to work remotely with occasional in-person collaboration in our Boston office. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with healthcare or insurance data preferred
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical/non-technical audiences
