Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive decision-making
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large-scale datasets from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Document analytical processes and maintain data quality standards
- Contribute to A/B testing frameworks to validate strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP preferred)
