Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Processing: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop intuitive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Strategic Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decision-making and process optimization.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve specific data points and support ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate it simply.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
