Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleansing: Gather and clean data from multiple sources (SQL databases, CSVs, APIs) to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs and track business performance.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic decision-making.
- Report Generation: Create detailed, executive-level reports summarizing findings and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of data pipelines and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrable experience creating visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week, with a preference for specific days (e.g., Monday-Thursday).
