We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our growing team with flexible scheduling (20-25 hours/week). Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly performance insights to stakeholders
- Clean, validate, and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear visualizations
- Support A/B testing initiatives and marketing campaign analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
