Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting processes and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and answer business questions
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical insights
- Experience working with healthcare or logistics datasets preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
