Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL and Python to identify performance trends
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop automated reporting pipelines for monthly client deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through clear, concise reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with healthcare datasets preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
