Join Quantum Insights LLC as a Part-Time Data Analyst and transform complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our growing Charlotte-based team with flexible scheduling (20-25 hours/week). This hybrid role combines remote collaboration with occasional in-person collaboration at our Uptown Charlotte headquarters. You'll work alongside marketing and operations teams to drive data-driven decisions and optimize performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Ability to translate complex findings into business insights
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
