We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our growing analytics initiatives with flexible scheduling (20-25 hours/week). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and insights
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare and clean data for modeling and reporting purposes
- Develop ad-hoc reports for stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations
- Assist in A/B testing design and statistical analysis of experimental results
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects preferred
