Responsibilities
- Design and execute data collection systems to optimize reporting efficiency
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret trends to inform business strategy
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines for real-time data delivery
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US work authorization required
