Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and events within SIEM tools.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Implement and manage firewall rules and network segmentation.
- Investigate security incidents and assist in root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards (NIST, ISO).
- Provide technical guidance and security awareness training to junior staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Certification such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint protection.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
