Responsibilities
- Monitor 24/7 security alerts and respond to potential threats with speed and precision.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on internal and external networks.
- Implement and maintain security policies and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Analyze security logs and generate detailed reports for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT operations team to patch vulnerabilities and harden system defenses.
- Assist in incident response planning and tabletop exercises.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GCIH are strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network architecture, TCP/IP, and common attack vectors.
- Experience using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
