Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on major platforms.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Document system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Support cloud security protocols and data backup procedures.
- Learn and implement DevOps best practices under supervision.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential over pedigree.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to debugging.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
