Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Python on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Optimize database performance for 24/7 high-traffic applications
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Docker and Kubernetes
- Conduct code reviews and security audits for night shift deployments
- Collaborate with global teams via Agile methodologies
- Troubleshoot production issues during core operational hours
- Mentor junior engineers through virtual knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with cloud-native architectures
- Expertise in distributed systems and asynchronous programming
