Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies
- Lead feature development for enterprise-level applications serving global user bases
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement CI/CD best practices
- Troubleshoot complex system issues during peak operational hours
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, QA, and Product teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Java or Python with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Previous night shift or remote team collaboration experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
