Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices architecture for high-traffic platforms
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers during night rotations
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance for 24/7 global operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via agile methodologies
- Resolve production issues with rapid incident response protocols

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-level software development
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Experience with night shift or global team collaboration
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- AWS/Azure certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
