Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Python, Java, and modern frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones for seamless project delivery
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
- Debug and optimize high-performance systems with 99.99% uptime requirements
- Mentor junior engineers through our peer-review process
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies during your shift (stand-ups, retrospectives)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python/Java/Go)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready code
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows
