Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems during night shift hours
- Collaborate with global teams on API development and microservices architecture
- Optimize existing systems for performance and security
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of software development experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
