Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance microservices using cloud-native technologies
- Optimize real-time data pipelines for global financial systems
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation for continuous delivery
- Contribute to Kubernetes orchestration and containerization strategies
- Debug and resolve production issues during night shift coverage
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing production-grade backend systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP and container orchestration
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging queues
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Ability to thrive in autonomous night shift environments
