Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems during night shift hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Debug and resolve critical production issues during off-peak hours
- Contribute to code reviews and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
