Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker for automated deployments
- Optimize database queries and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through agile methodologies
- Write clean, documented code adhering to enterprise security standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with Java, REST APIs, and cloud platforms
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with production debugging experience
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
