Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions optimized for 24/7 operations.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts during night shifts to proactively resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and production incidents with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and security.
- Maintain and update legacy codebases to ensure stability and security compliance.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software development (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
