Responsibilities

- Lead design sessions for new features and architectural improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Document technical specifications and API endpoints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Proficiency in AWS/GCP and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database design
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
