Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Java and Python
- Implement microservices architecture on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with global teams via agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence)
- Write unit tests, debug issues, and optimize system performance
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical systems
- Document technical specifications and contribute to code reviews
- Drive DevOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with Java/Python and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structures and algorithms
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Excellent written communication skills for global collaboration
