Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and deploy mission-critical cloud infrastructure services during night shift hours
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve production incidents and implement system improvements
- Design microservices architecture using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and implement DevOps best practices
- Contribute to 24/7 on-call rotation for core platform services
- Optimize system performance and security protocols for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or Rust)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Experience with monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Previous night shift or global team collaboration preferred
