Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies
- Collaborate with global teams via Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code in AWS environments
- Debug and resolve production issues with proactive monitoring tools
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- AWS/GCP cloud platform certification or hands-on experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structures and algorithms
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Excellent written communication for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
