Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 deployment automation
- Design cloud-native solutions on AWS with Terraform infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Debug and resolve production issues during operational windows
- Develop monitoring dashboards using Grafana and Prometheus
- Collaborate with global teams during handover transitions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with cloud-native architectures
- Expertise in Java, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of owning production systems in 24/7 environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with distributed systems troubleshooting
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
