- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Debug and resolve production issues during overnight support rotations
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to architectural improvements for distributed systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
