Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure microservices architecture supporting real-time threat detection systems
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of cloud-native applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues during overnight operational windows
- Conduct code reviews and implement security best practices in compliance with federal standards
- Optimize system performance for low-latency data processing in high-volume environments
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive API documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 3+ years software engineering
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and Go with experience in microservices architecture
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and database optimization techniques
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one (required for federal contracts)
