Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational optimization
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Execute A/B testing frameworks and statistical modeling to drive data-informed decisions
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations with clear executive summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or rotational schedule exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
