Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Monitor data quality and implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data delivery processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for business units across the organization
- Document methodologies and maintain data dictionaries for reproducibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
