- Monitor production systems overnight and escalate critical issues within SLA timelines
- Develop data models to support predictive analytics and forecasting initiatives
- Document processes and maintain data governance standards
- Present findings to leadership during morning handoff meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics with night shift or remote work preference
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently overnight
