Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for the night shift operations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
- Create automated reporting systems to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries) and experience with Python or R.
- Mandatory availability to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience with Relocation Assistance processes is a plus.
