- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting anomalies during night shift hours
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless data pipeline operations
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for key stakeholders
- Develop automated data processing scripts to improve workflow efficiency
- Present findings to leadership through concise written and verbal communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel/VBA
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
