Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations and narratives
- Support implementation of data-driven initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain documentation for data models, processes, and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse environments (Snowflake/Redshift preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
