Responsibilities

- Create automated dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for real-time monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast operational outcomes and recommend optimizations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable insights
- Support 24/7 operations by analyzing overnight transaction patterns and anomalies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Experience with ETL processes and database management systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets (100M+ records) preferred
