Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and implement validation protocols for night-shift operations
- Support real-time analytics for e-commerce and logistics clients during peak hours
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data warehouse performance
- Document processes and develop training materials for night-shift protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools
- Proven experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical modeling preferred
