Join NexusTech Analytics' dynamic data team as a Night Shift Data Analyst. This remote-friendly role supports our global operations by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights during overnight hours. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to drive data-driven decision-making across our Chicago headquarters and Virginia satellite offices.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues during night shift operations
- Document processes and develop automated reporting solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
